Lindsay joined NCT Ventures in October 2008 and is a partner with the firm. She serves as chief legal counsel licensed in Ohio, Michigan and New York, focusing primarily on deal structuring, portfolio management, Limited Partner (LP) relations and fundraising. During her tenure, Lindsay has structured over 1,000 deals in pre-seed, seed, early and growth stages as well as overseen and managed all of NCT’s exits. Additionally, she works closely with all LPs to maximize their investment experience with the firm.

Prior to NCT, Lindsay attended The Ohio State University where she served as the student body president for the Fisher Graduate College of Business and graduated with both a law degree and masters in business administration. Prior to attending The Ohio State University, she attended Canisius College in Buffalo, New York where she received her Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations. While attending Canisius College, she served as student body president and captain of the women’s lacrosse team. Lindsay’s affiliations include the Ohio Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, and New York Bar Association. She is a frequent guest speaker at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and instructs investors, entrepreneurs, and economic development groups across the country on market standard deal structuring.
